The Holocaust Museum app faced a challenge in creating meaningful user engagement on a sensitive and educational topic. The previous design lacked interactive elements and failed to effectively convey the profound history and gravity of the Holocaust, leading to low user retention and engagement.

We approached the design with a focus on balancing gamification with respectful education. The wireframe introduces interactive features like guided tours, quizzes, and milestone badges to enhance user engagement. Each element is carefully designed to ensure that users not only interact with the content but also gain a deep, respectful understanding of the Holocaust.
